Knight Companion of the Ancient and Most Noble Order of the Chicken Smoothie

The Ancient and Most Noble Order of the Chicken Smoothie consists of knights and ladies, as well as extra knights, extra ladies and the occasional guest or two.

The Order's motto is 'Nemo me pullus lacessit' (No one provokes me with a chicken). It is the most senior order of chivalry in Basileia.

The patron saint of the Order is St. Ashley, who frequently administers the Laying on of Tongues.

The foundation date of the Order lies buried in the mists of time. Some accounts credit it as being founded on the battlefield of Kansas City by the great Justin the Goll. Others state it was founded by Sir Christopher Nickols after escaping from the Great Winter of Winnipeg and who adopted the Chicken Smoothie as his official beverage. Others claim it was established completely by accident.

The origins of the rubber chicken as the Order's emblem will probably never be ascertained with certainty, but legend relates that it began on a crusade to India and Nepal in search of a nice refreshing cup of tea.

Definition: Humus is any organic matter which has reached a point of stability, where it will break down no further and might, if conditions do not change, remain essentially as it is for centuries, or millennia. Or it is simply used to mean a load of old compost.
